DC & Brookland NE DC home prices up 1% and 1.6% respectively!

Good news for DC! While the rest of the country did not fare as well - Detroit and Washington D.C. were the only two cities with year-over-year home price increases of 3.7% and 1%, respectively. Also, here in Brookland, our average single-family-home prices have risen approximately 1.6% over last year, per the Multiple Listing Service. More sales have also occurred so far in Brookland this year through today versus the same time last year. Go Brookland!
