Our Washington, DC Area continues to outperform much of the nation. The National Association of Realtors (NAR) reported that home sale prices increased in 39 metro areas, including DC, but were down in 111 cities across the country. The median sales price of an existing home in the DC market in the third quarter was $340,900. That is a 0.7 percent increase from the same quarter in 2010. Not bad, DC. Not bad at all!
